Balloons By Design is led by Steve Paynter, a Certified Balloon Artist with over 15 years of experience in the balloon industry. Steve got his start providing entertainment at children's birthday parties, twisting balloons into the shape of animals. Helping people celebrate the happy events in their lives appealed to him, and a whole new world of possibilities opened up when he investigated balloon decorating. He taught himself as much as he could through books and tapes, then completed the CBA certification program, the most respected certification in the balloon industry. He continues to attend advanced training at conventions to keep up to date with new trends and products.

Steve's creative side emerges when presented with a new opportunity. He takes all the pieces - theme, colors, budget, and location - and designs the perfect balloon decorations. Using only the Very Best Qualatex latex balloons, along with his attention to detail, ensures that his work meets his own exacting standards. He makes this promise to each of his clients: "I will go the extra mile to make sure your event is special. I don't consider the job complete until everything looks perfect and you've given a final okay."
